Hunting Terms & Conditions

Each hunter will be required to complete an indemnity form upon arrival at Wilgefontein Game Farm.

ALL prices are excluding of VAT
Professional hunters are responsible for the size, species & selection of game hunted
A field guide will be allocated to each hunter
No hunting permitted without the farm manager, professional hunter or field guide present.
All wounded animals will be regarded as hunted and will be charged at full price
Wilgefontein, its staff and management reserve the right to stop any individuals from entering the field for any reason whatsoever

ALL prices are excluding of VAT
All pricing is based on self-catering. NO meals or drinks are included in the rate per person per night
Pricing excludes daily room service (available upon request)
Rooms are en-suite and includes bedding, a coffee corner and a bar fridge
No towels are included, each guest should bring their own towels & toiletries
The use of pots & pans, cutlery and/or crockery are included
Cleaning services are available upon request at an additional rate per day for groups between 1-10 pax
Alternatively, kitchen and communal areas must be cleaned and tidied by our guests
No dogs allowed
No early arrival will be permitted without at least 48 hours’ prior notice and approval from management. All approved early arrivals are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge.

A deposit of R5 000 will be payable in order to secure your booking date
Final number are due no less than 10 working days prior to your visit
Wilgefontein Game Farm is under new ownership, but all existing bookings remain secure
